On Thursday, the Colorado Department of Revenue reported that online and offline sports betting locations experienced a 5.6% increase in action from December to January. Specifically, $547.1 million worth of bets were placed during the Centennial State’s first month of 2023 — an increase of roughly $29 million or 0.1% on the tax bill for the state, totaling $2.58 million for January.
